Mark brings a wealth of experience with over 40 years as Player, Coach, Manager and Sport Director at the highest levels and was announced as our Director of Football in the summer of 2025.

Mark most recently spent around four years at Reading FC where he was Sport Director and Head of Football Operations.

During that time Mark built a young, dynamic squad, through difficult circumstances, that narrowly missed out on promotion from League One last season.
