As we buildup to our first home match of the season against Altrincham on Bank Holiday Monday, it’s a good opportunity to learn about some of the changes here at The New Lawn.
We have a new Fan Zone featuring new flooring and a new food truck, open to supporters in the North Stand at before the match and at half-time.
Our up-to-date menu in the fan zone features Big Dunc burgers, Bacon Mac and Sheese, and Tikka Masala.
We also have an exciting new partnership with Golden Glaze Doughnuts as featured below for those with seeking a treat or two.
The popular Green Man bar and marquee-style Fan Zone will be one of the go-to places for pre-match food, drink and atmosphere.
These options also give various benefits for those getting down to the ground before kick-off.
Fan zone will also be open at half-time for people with north stand tickets with the Green Man staying open after the full-time whistle has been blown.
The Fan Zone has also grown in popularity over the years as a result of matchday entertainment.
We are delighted to confirm that this will remain the same for the upcoming campaign with bands performing before each game.
Starting at 1.30pm this Monday will give you the opportunity to listen to The B Sides who will be performing in the Fan Zone.
As previously mentioned in CEO updates, the Gym Bar is no longer available on Matchdays.
As a result, we have been working tirelessly on several improvements to both the Fan Zone and Green Man, to increase capacity where possible and help improve the Matchday experience.
You will also be able to access our new digital programme via our social media channels on X and Facebook.
Our kits for the 2024/25 season will also be available from the club shop, along with the mini kits.
The Park and Ride service will be in operation with a £5 per car to park at Renishaw with gates opening from 12.30pm (GL5 5EY).
School parking spaces are still available to buy – call 03331231889 between 9am and 3pm, or e-mail reception@fgr.co.uk - these passes are at a cost of £15 each.
If it’s the Black and White Lounge that’s your preferred option, you will see a notable change in furniture in the facility to get the best value for money from your ticket.
