It's important to us that every supporter has an enjoyable, but more importantly, safe, matchday experience.
This Code of Conduct acts to principally guide and advise ticket holders of the protocols that will be in place during the event:
Supporters are kindly reminded of the requirement to adhere to this Code of Conduct, and follow all safety requirements, to assist Club staff and stewards, and to help protect you and your fellow fans.
Supporters must not attend if they are suffering from COVID-19 symptoms, are feeling unwell, or if they have been in close contact recently with anyone experiencing symptoms or who has tested positive.
In the event you develop COVID-19 symptoms whilst at the Stadium, please notify the nearest member of Club staff immediately. We have measures in place to ensure that you receive the correct level of care whilst at the stadium.
All spectators will be temperature tested before entry to the stadium can be granted.
Under no circumstances should you come to the match if you have tested positive for Covid-19, have been contacted by NHS Track & Trace or if you or any of your household are symptomatic or self-isolating.
Unfortunately, there are no public parking spaces currently available at the stadium. Limited parking is available for at the school for £5 (card only).
We would ask for these supporters parking in the local area park with courtesy and respect for our neighbours. Local Authority parking wardens regularly carry out patrols in the local area on home match days.
Spectators for the North and South Stands will enter through the normal turnstile entrance.
Spectators with East Stand access will enter using the turnstiles adjacent to the Green Man only.
Please avoid bringing any bags into the stadium if possible and if you must bring a bag, please ensure that it is no bigger than A4 sized, to avoid slowing down the stadium entry process.
Any larger bags won’t be permitted into the stadium and there are no left luggage facilities available – you will have to take it home or back to your vehicle.
While masks are no longer mandatory, we ask fans to consider wearing them where possible. This is for your own safety and that of fellow supporters.
All our staff will continue to wear face coverings while inside the stadium.
The Green Man will be open from 5.00pm for home fans only, with selection of cans and bottles (no draft) and limited food menu. The Gym Bar will be closed.
Once inside the stadium, outlets in the concourse and North, South and West Stands will be open with a reduced menu, offering fan favourites like chips, sausage rolls and selection of drinks.
We would expect all of our supporters to cooperate fully with all of the rules and guidelines that we have to work to, but just so that everyone is aware, the Club reserves the right to eject any supporter that fails to comply with this Code of Conduct and reminds all fans that stadium capacities may ultimately be negatively impacted as a result of any safety issues.
