Here’s everything you need to know about making your way around The New Lawn.
You’ll spot the ticket office as soon as you come through the main entrance of The New Lawn. You can collect pre-ordered tickets here, and buy tickets on the day of the match. You can also pick up your matchday programme here too.
You can find the FGR reception on the East Stand side of the stadium. This is the first port of call for players' guests, directors of visiting clubs, mascots, and hospitality tickets.
There’s also a pop-up shop on matchdays where you can buy club merchandise.
The reception is also the place to go for any general enquiries or problems on matchday.
The East Stand
The East Stand is our main stand – and it’s seating only. From here, you can access the Carol Embrey Suite, which serves food and is open to all East Stand ticket holders. You can also enjoy VIP dining in the Carol Embrey Suite.
You can get through to the hospitality suites from the East Stand, as well as the Black and White Lounge bar. And if you’re looking for a snack or a drink down on the concourse, you can find vegan food and drink below the East Stand too.
The East Stand has disabled access, seating and toilets.
The West Stand
The West Stand is for away fans only. It has a combination of seating and standing areas, a bar serving vegan snacks and drinks, and you access it through gates 9 and 10.
The North Stand
The North Stand is for home fans – and it’s standing only. It’s what you might call our community stand – which means it’s suitable for families and local groups, like football clubs and schools.
You’ll find a food outlet here serving vegan food and drink, and it’s located near the stadium entrance next to the ticket office.
The South Stand
The South Stand has the same facilities as the North Stand – and it too is covered standing only. However, it’s more for adult fans rather than families and small children. It also has a bar which serves vegan beer before kick-off and at half time, out of view from the pitch.
If you’re interested in all the sustainable initiatives we’ve implemented across the ground, including our Eco Trail, have a look at our greening up football page.
We have limited parking at The New Lawn, as we like to encourage all fans to use greener methods of getting to the club.
