Matchday programme

If you’ve got a birthday shout out or good luck message you’d like printed in an upcoming edition, just email press@fgr.co.uk a week before the game. We’ll also read out your message over the PA system at half time.

Eco Trail

FIFA has called us the greenest football club in the world, and you can see why when you visit the FGR stadium. To learn about how we’re putting sustainability into everything we do, you can follow our Eco Trail at the stadium by using the map below:

We’re the first football club in the UK to gain EMAS (Environmental Management Accreditation Scheme) status, and there are lots of reasons why:

  • We've got solar panels on our roof, which let us generate our own electricity
  • We use a solar-powered robot lawnmower to cut our grass
  • We use recycled rainwater to irrigate the pitch
  • We play on a fully organic pitch, which means there are no pesticides on our grass
  • We're powered by 100% green energy from the wind and the sun
  • We make our own 100% vegan food
