Dan Connor has been part of Rovers coaching staff since 2019 originally as our goalkeeper coach before stepping up to a first-team coach role.

Connor made his managerial debut during the 2023/24 League Two campaign when he took charge of Rovers 1-1 draw with Gillingham.

Prior to joining Rovers, Connor spent time at Wigan Athletic, Shrewsbury Town, Hereford United and as Ireland U21s’ goalkeeping coach.
