Forest Green defender Will Merrett has joined Southern League Premier Central side Alvechurch on a short-term loan deal.

Merrett featured in three of our four National League Cup matches last term as well as a loan spell at Larkhall Athletic.

He signed professional terms with FGR back in September 2024 and will look to continue his development this during the early part of the campaign at Alvechurch.
