We’re making a few changes to our website, improving how things work in the background, upgrading key software and making it a better experience for FGR fans.
We’ve upgraded some key software, which is the first step towards better loading speeds and creates a solid foundation for us to make further changes.
The biggest change fans may have noticed is the ‘MyFGR’ section has been removed from the website. When we designed MyFGR, it was to be a ‘single-sign-on’ (SSO) experience for fans to purchase tickets, merchandise and streaming. However it has caused more problems than it has solved. Fans now have a more direct route to purchasing tickets, making it quicker and simpler for everyone.

The Club Shop is next on our list. This is going to have a complete overhaul of how it works and how products are displayed, this will make it much easier to find the right product. We’ve already started work on this changeover and fans should see a difference in the coming weeks.
Over the summer we’ll get to work on some overall changes to the website; how easy it is to read stories (especially on mobile), how easy it is to find the right information and making sure the right information is available going into the new season.
The aim is to have a website that our fans enjoy using and that helps them find the right information quickly.
