About You

We are looking for someone who can show that they are committed to providing excellent customer service and work diligently to support the Head of Commercial. The successful candidate will use their initiative and take responsibility, have the ability to think critically and also show a high level of attention to detail.

They will also be able to work efficiently as a team member and help build relationships both internally and externally with fans and partners.Previous experience working in a commercial role is desirable, but we will provide full training and support.

Duties

• Manage the booking of all hospitality and VIP dining guests and liaise with the club's Head Chef on catering numbers, dietary requirements, and overall hospitality attendance. 

• Plan, organise and deliver regular partner events and experiences at The New Lawn.

• Assist with selling player kit sponsorship packages and organising seasonal events. 

• Work closely with Head of Commercial on media and content initiatives.

• Raise purchase orders and manage invoices on behalf of the Head of Commercial.

• Assist with ad-hoc requests from FGR partners on behalf of the Head of Commercial.

• Ownership and point of contact for mascot match day experiences.

• Manage the reception area at The New Lawn. Including handling in-person enquiries during the week, receiving all deliveries and ensuring all guests entering the stadium are made to feel welcome and signed in accordingly.  

• Answer phone lines and handle all inbound queries to the reception email inbox, including taking payments and selling match tickets, season tickets and hospitality packages. 

• This role will support the Group Environmental policy and its associated targets to make the Green Britain Group net carbon neutral by 2025.
