Match postponements and refunds

Anybody that purchased a streaming pass for Oldham (H), Mansfield (A) or Barrow (H) will now get a full refund, which will be processed early this week. You may have already received an email to confirm a refund for this.

This means we will not be issuing a voucher code for tomorrow night's re-arranged fixture against Oldham (Tuesday 16th Feb), and if you wish to watch the game, you will need to buy a new pass. We think this is the quickest and fairest way to resolve any issues around future postponements.

New FGR website and Streaming

You may have noticed that we have launched a new website, we’re pretty excited about it! In order to watch games live, please create a new account using the same email address that you’ve setup your streaming account with.

Please don’t try to login with your current details, as the new website won’t recognise your streaming account until you have created a My FGR account. If you have any problems creating a My FGR account please email reception@fgr.co.uk.

FGR TV App

Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to use the mobile app to watch FGR games. You will have to use the FGR Live page on the new website to follow the team on matchdays. We had intended for the current FGR TV app to continue working until our new app was ready to launch, but this is not possible and we apologise for any inconvenience.
