Following on from the government’s announcement that Gloucestershire is now in Tier 3, we can confirm that no supporters will be able to attend the up-coming home games, as we are reverting to playing behind closed doors again.

Season ticket holders

Season ticket holders will continue to receive access to live streaming, whilst games continue to be played behind closed doors. Season ticket holders who have already redeemed a code, will automatically be able to watch streams without needing to redeem any additional codes (as before); any season ticket holders who have not redeemed a code or need assistance, please contact reception@fgr.co.uk. 

General tickets (including four-match bundle)

All supporters who purchased general matchday tickets, will be refunded via the same card that was used for the original purchase. Refunds will be processed on Tuesday 5th January and will take up to 5 working days to reach your account. Please note that supporters do not need to contact the club to request a refund, this will be done automatically. Supporters who purchased the four match bundle will receive a pro-rata refund. 

If any supporters wish to donate their refund to the Club, please email reception@fgr.co.uk by Monday 4th January with this request.

Hospitality 

For any supporters who were booked in for hospitality packages for Crawley Town (29th Dec) or Oldham Athletic (2nd Jan), you will be contacted directly by the club with information on options to rebook or receive a refund. 

Streaming
