Throughout the season, we are always looking at ways to improve the customer journey and experience when purchasing your matchday tickets.
During the off-season, we have been working hard to improve our ticketing system to ensure your ticket-purchasing experience is as easy as possible.

Here is a highlight of the changes we have made:
Hospitality bookings can now be made through our ticketing system.
Under 16 and/or Under 11 tickets can now be purchased separately, as long as an over-18 ticket registered to the same account has already been purchased for the same game and stand.
Mascot packages can now be purchased online via the FGR shop.
All home tickets for the 2026/27 season will be on sale the day after fixtures are announced.
Our Online stadium layout has been updated & optimised for mobile phone use.

Hospitality bookings
Matchday hospitality in our Carol Embrey suite and Black & White lounge can now be booked through our online ticketing system on the FGR website.
All FGR matchday tickets and hospitality can now be purchased in the same place!
To purchase hospitality tickets, select the hospitality area you wish to book from our stadium layout for your chosen game.
Similarly to booking matchday tickets, all you need to do is select your seats, add them to your basket and check out.
After your booking is complete, our hospitality team will be in contact with you to confirm all the information you need before your visit, including menus and timings of the day.
Your hospitality tickets will be sent to you via your chosen delivery method, ready to be scanned on the day at reception.

To see our available suites for each fixture, please select Private Suites on the stadium layout, then reach out to our hospitality team.

U16 ticket purchase without any other tickets in the basket.
Previously, due to safeguarding at The New Lawn, our ticketing system has had a block in place that will not allow any Under 16 or Under 11 tickets to be purchased without an adult ticket in the basket.
We have received lots of feedback from supporters that this causes an issue when a supporter who has already purchased an adult ticket would like to purchase additional Under 16 or Under 11 tickets.
From this feedback, we have worked with our system provider to implement an automatic account check that will allow you to purchase an Under 16 or Under 11 ticket if you have a valid adult ticket for the same fixture and stand allocated to your account.
To purchase an additional Under 16 or Under 11 ticket, all you need to do is log into your account, select the fixture you want additional tickets for, add the additional tickets in the same area to your basket and finalise your purchase.

Mascot bookings
For the 2025/26 season, we made changes to our mascot packages that allowed us to reduce the cost of this experience.
Due to this, we are glad to say that many more young FGR supporters were able to walk out as a mascot with their favourite players.
Previously, to book a mascot package, you needed to contact reception via email.
We recognise that this process could often take longer than needed due to the different questions our team needed to ask.
For the 2026/27 season, mascot packages will now be booked online, using the club shop.
We hope that this change will allow mascot packages to be booked at your convenience.

All home tickets will be on sale at the beginning of the season after fixture release.
Historically, matchday tickets have been released 4-6 weeks before the fixture date.
New for the 2026/27 season, all tickets for home fixtures (including hospitality) will be on sale at the start of the season, the day after fixtures are released.
This will allow all supporters to plan in advance and book their space at The New Lawn for any of FGR’s home league fixtures.
Our away coach travel and away day information will continue to be released on a month-by-month basis.

Online stadium layout
In preparation for the new season, we have made a few changes to the stadium layout when booking tickets online.
These changes have been made to optimise your experience when purchasing tickets on mobile devices.
