Forest Green Rovers are excited to welcome home supporters to our Sky Bet League Two play-off match with Newport County.
The second-leg tie on Sunday May 23 at 6:30pm will see fans attend the innocent New Lawn at a significantly reduced capacity, with social distancing measures in place and no food or drink available to purchase.
All tickets for this game must be purchased in advance. Tickets will only be available to home supporters and checks will be in place on every ticket sold. Away supporters who purchase tickets will be refused entry and no refunds will be issued.
The club has been planning for the return of fans since December’s matches, putting in place protocols to ensure supporters’ matchday experience is as safe and comfortable as possible.

FAQS
Will I be able to watch the games on FGR Live?
Play-Off games will not be live streamed, because it is being broadcast live on Sky Sports and with EFL broadcast partners across the world.
But I am a season ticket holder, so isn’t this included in my ticket for this season?
Season ticket holders are not entitled to live streaming of Play-Off games – as this is for league matches only.
Can I buy a ticket on the day of the match?
Tickets will not be available for purchase on the matchday, so you must buy your ticket in advance.
As a 2020/21 East Stand season ticket holder, can I buy less tickets than I have season tickets?
If you wish to purchase less seats than you have season tickets, please email reception@fgr.co.uk. We will then review the seating plan to see how we can accommodate your request and contact you back directly. Please note you might need to be relocated within the stand, due to COVID protocols.
I am a Newport County fan. Can I come to the game?
Only home supporters are allowed to purchase tickets. Any away supporters will have their tickets cancelled with no refund.
I am a 2020/21 season ticket holder. Do I need a physical ticket for the match?
The Play-Off game ticket will be uploaded to your current 2020/21 season ticket card, which were issued to all supporters in December.
What if supporters aren’t allowed to attend the game?
If this occurs due to government or COVID restrictions, then all supporters will receive a full refund.
What is available for disabled supporters?
Disabled supporters who have 2020/21 season tickets will be able to purchase tickets, in line with the priority window above.
What if I need disabled or ambulant disabled seating but do not have a 2020/21 season ticket?
Given the limited capacity of the Candriam East Stand, we do not expect there to be any capacity available for general sale.
If you would like to register if any capacity becomes availability, please email reception@fgr.co.uk these will be offered on a first come-first serve basis.
Can I buy tickets online/via My FGR?
At present this is not an option, all tickets will need to be sold via the ticket hotline or when the ticket office is open at the stadium.
Can I buy more tickets?
Season ticket holders in the two priority windows can purchase more tickets, but this will have to be in the standing areas only. Any additional tickets will need to comply with standard ticket rules (i.e. responsible adult for any U16/U11). In all cases, full contact details for each ticket are required at the time of booking.
