FGR supporters will be located in the Solopress North Bank Stand.
When purchasing tickets online, please select the correct block (starting with Block NF) to ensure you are in the designated away section.
Supporters who purchase tickets in the incorrect block and require relocation on the day will incur the additional £2 matchday price increase.
Alternatively, bookings can be made by phone through the BTMK Box Office on 03444 00 77 00 (Option 1), Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Tickets will also be available on the day of the match from the BTMK Box Office at the main entrance to Roots Hall, until kick-off.
Supporters requesting tickets under Emergency Services, Armed Forces & Veterans, or Disabled/Carer pricing must send proof of eligibility in advance to tickets@southend-united.co.uk for account verification. Please allow up to 48 hours for this process to be completed.
Roots Hall Stadium does not operate cash turnstiles
Refreshments/Food:
A small kiosk is available within the Solopress North Bank for away fans to purchase hot and cold food and drinks. This is not licensed to serve alcohol.
General / Disabled Parking
Unfortunately, there is no matchday parking at Roots Hall. There is limited street parking available around the stadium. Please be aware that there are residents-only restrictions in some areas.
It’s recommended to park further out from the stadium and walk; there are several pay-and-display car parks near Southend City centre (10-15min walk from the stadium). Some suggested car parks are Southend Council car park, Priory Walk car park, Short Street car park and Warrior Square car park.
