Forest Green returned to the top of the Enterprise National League table with a 3-1 comeback win over Morecambe on Tuesday evening.
Goals from Kyle McAllister, and a brace from Tom Knowles helped us to victory at the Mazuma Mobile Stadium in an entertaining affair.
Rovers started brightly - Neil Kengni's effort smothered in the early stages following a smart free-kick routine.
Goalkeeper Luke McNicholas had to be alert to deny Jake Cain whose curling effort was parried away from danger by the Irish shot-stopper.
Morecambe did take the lead on 23 minutes with a fine team goal rounded off in spectacular fashion by Gwion Edwards - with an effort via the underside of the crossbar.
Rovers levelled soon after through McAllister after he shifted the ball onto his right-foot and slammed home into the back of net from just inside the area.
Knowles ensured we'd go into the break with the lead after a fine low cross from Kengni was cleared only as far as the wide man who fired home into the bottom corner.

Just a minute after the restart, Rovers added a third after Kairo Mitchell's well-directed header was saved by Mair but Knowles was there to finish the follow-up and celebrated in front of the travelling supporters.
Edwards almost got the Shrimps back into it with another clean strike, but McNicholas was able to see his right-footed effort past the post.
Abraham Kanu went close to extending the lead but after he diverted Knowles' deep free-kick towards goal but Mair denied the defender.
Debutant James Balagizi teed up McAllister late on but he dragged his effort wide of the post.
Morecambe made changes throughout the half but Rovers kept the hosts at arms length and took home a deserved three points.
