Scunthorpe United visit Nailsworth tomorrow with the two sides sitting at opposite ends of the League Two table.
The Iron come into this on the back of a 3-0 defeat to Harrogate Town, while Rovers' last run out saw them beat Colchester United on March 21st.
"We had a long weekend off. We had Friday, Saturday and Sunday off, which was nice as it gave everyone the chance to have a breather," said Rob Edwards.
"Some teams might be a bit more relaxed now, and their feet might be off the gas a little bit. Sometimes, when teams are in mid-table, they play without pressure and play some of their best football. Psychology in sport is interesting. You never know what you’re going to get."
"We had one or two knocks, as you're going to sustain anyway over 90 minutes, but it's more mental ramifications when we're in the situation we're in and losing football matches," said Iron boss Keith Hill. "It's about picking the lads up, making less mistakes and going into a very difficult game at the weekend trying to emphasise confidence and belief in themselves."
Rovers have a clean bill of health ahead of this one.
Tickets will be available from the ticket office from 11am on the day of the match.
