Forest Green Rovers are on the road once again, this time heading to Stoke-on-Trent to take on Port Vale in League Two action.
Rovers will arrive at Vale Park off the back of their impressive 4-0 victory over closest league rivals Tranmere Rovers, extending their unbeaten run to 15 league games.
The hosts meanwhile narrowly defeated Scunthorpe United 1-0 to keep themselves in touching distance of the play-off positions.
WHAT WE SAID
“It’s another tough game, they don’t come any tougher than this really,” started Rob Edwards.
“They’ve had a busy transfer window so it will be a slightly different team to what we faced earlier in the season, but Darrell (Clarke) is very experienced now and he’ll have a plan.
“But like always we’ll make it about us and about what we do and if we turn up and our intensity is right it will be a tough game for them as well.”
WHAT THEY SAID
“Every game is different but they’ll respect us like we respect them,” said Darrell Clarke.
“Their flying at the top of the level full credit to them, they’re the best side in the league as things stand now.
“But we’ll be ready Tuesday night with another game plan.”
