We round off our July pre-season schedule with a four-mile round trip to Shortwood United - 7.30PM KO.

All visitors to the ground should note that the access road from Nailsworth to the ground is extremely narrow in parts.

Shortwood warns that supporters may want to consider mini bus or private cars when coming to Meadowbank.

We are aware that some Sat Navs take visiting teams and supporters through the ‘back roads’ behind the club, via Horsley.

Your recommended route is still via the A46 from both the North and South.

Anyone who wishes to attend the game need to email shortwoodtickets@btinternet.com with the number of tickets they require.

Shortwood will then email them with confirmation, parking instructions and payment details.

Anyone arriving at the ground without a ticket confirmation will be turned away. Parking is strictly limited to the Shortwood United car park - no parking will be allowed on the surrounding roads – they are too narrow and will cause a nuisance, not to mention being a danger to emergency vehicles.

Disabled facilities

There are four disabled spaces immediately outside the main entrance to the ground. There is a disabled toilet with ramp, and 3/4s of the ground is on a single level, step-free.

Parking

Parking will be a major issue as we have limited parking. Cars will be block parked.

Food and Beverages

There will be a food truck on site selling chips, burgers, hot dogs etc.

The gates will be open at 6pm.
