The League Two side narrowly missed out on promotion last season having reached the playoff final.

The Saddlers' last visit to The New Lawn saw Rovers come away with all three points after goals from Emmanuel Osadebe and Kyle McAllister back in March 2024.

Elsewhere in the 2023-24 campaign, we overcame the West Midlands side in the Football League Trophy on penalties, and played out a goalless draw in November of that season.
