Next up we have another of our new recruits, Welsh goalkeeper Ameliah Yarwood who was recently selected to represent Wales U17's in their upcoming Euro's campaign.
Here Ameliah talks about where her football journey in Wales began, playing at The New Lawn and her aspirations for the season.

How did you get into football and where did your football journey begin?
I started at Barry Town in South Wales and I got into football through my older brother playing

Have you played for any other clubs before FGR Women?
Barry Town and the South Wales FAW trust
Do you remember your debut for FGR Women?
My debut was a friendly against Worcester away, we won the game!
What is your most memorable game in an FGR shirt and why?
So far, definitely playing at The New Lawn
How great is it to see the women’s game growing year on year in England?
It's great to see women’s football getting the recognition it deserves and growing for the younger generation
Thoughts on playing at The New Lawn?
It was an amazing experience playing at the stadium and having so many supporters down to watch us win

What are your hobbies outside of football?
Going on car journeys and spending time with Dog (Lucy) and my mates
What are your aspirations and goals for this season?
To hopefully win the league and being promoted
