FGR & Beanstalk extend partnership agreement
BeanStalk Foods is proud to confirm the continuation of its partnership with Forest Green Rovers Football Club for the upcoming season, following a successful first year of collaboration between the two organisations.
Over the past season, BeanStalk Foods’ plant-based products have been integrated across multiple areas of the club’s food operations at The New Lawn, supporting player nutrition, hospitality services, matchday catering, events and fan food offerings.
What initially began as a partnership based on shared values has evolved into a strong operational collaboration built around innovation, consistency and a shared belief that sustainability and performance can successfully work together within modern sport.
Throughout the season, Forest Green Rovers’ culinary team has developed and served a wide range of dishes using BeanStalk Foods ingredients, demonstrating the versatility and quality of modern plant-based food across different environments and consumption occasions. From meals prepared for first-team players and staff to hospitality menus and supporter food offerings on matchdays, the collaboration has helped showcase how plant-based cuisine can deliver on taste, functionality and overall experience without compromise.
For BeanStalk Foods, the continuation of the partnership represents another important milestone in the company’s growth and further reinforces its commitment to collaborating with forward-thinking organisations that share a long-term vision around food innovation and sustainability.
Forest Green Rovers have long been recognised internationally for their pioneering environmental approach within professional football, and BeanStalk Foods is proud to continue supporting a club that consistently demonstrates how sport can act as a platform for positive change both on and off the pitch.
During the first season working together, the partnership also provided an opportunity to introduce plant-based products to a wider audience within a real sporting and hospitality environment. Matchdays at The New Lawn became an example of how food innovation and sustainability can be integrated naturally into the overall fan experience while maintaining high standards of quality and enjoyment.

BeanStalk Foods commented:
“We are extremely proud to continue working with Forest Green Rovers. Over the past season, the collaboration has demonstrated the growing role that high-quality plant-based food can play within professional sport, hospitality and large-scale catering environments. Working alongside a club whose values genuinely align with our own has been a fantastic experience, and we look forward to continuing to build on this relationship throughout the upcoming season.”
Head Chef of FGR Richard Allen said:
"It’s been great working with Beanstalk over the last 12 months. Feedback from the fans has been amazing. We’re looking forward to continuing the partnership and developing more recipes and seeing what plant-based delights we can create."
As part of the renewed partnership, BeanStalk Foods and Forest Green Rovers will continue exploring new opportunities to enhance the club’s food offering and further promote more sustainable and innovative approaches to food within the sports industry.
The continuation of the collaboration reflects the confidence both organisations have built over the past year and underlines a shared commitment to delivering high-quality food experiences while contributing to a more responsible and forward-thinking future for sport and hospitality.
