It’s Checkatrade Trophy action on Wednesday at The New Lawn as Forest Green Rovers welcome Premier League opposition in the form of Arsenal Under 21s.
Unsurprisingly, the two sides are yet to meet in competition so this will be a first for both sets of fans. Arsenal come into the game on the back of a 6-2 defeat to Cheltenham Town while Forest Green’s last outing in the competition ended in a shootout defeat at Coventry City.
