Forest Green Rovers are excited to launch a new partnership with footwear and apparel care brand, DFNS.
Founded in the Netherlands, the sneaker care experts become the away stand partner – with the area now being called ‘The DFNS Stand’ - ahead of our debut season in League One, with their branding displayed at The Bolt New Lawn.
Their sustainability journey was driven by innovation - with planet-friendly cleaning, protecting and refreshing technology at the heart of their products.
Plus, DFNS’ care collection is available in the world’s first compressed air-powered plastic bottles made with recycled plastics.
Arthur van der Kroft, CEO at DFNS, said: “We’re extremely excited to be partnering with Forest Green Rovers Football Club, whose progress on and off the pitch in recent years has been nothing short of immense.
“We firmly believe in the power of sports to inspire sustainable habits, and the Club’s efforts to ensure planet-friendly practices at every level, while being crowned League Two Champions and securing promotion, sets a glowing example.
“It’s an invaluable opportunity to work with a like-minded institution on our path to spreading the benefits of product care, and to demonstrate the effectiveness of our products at the highest level.”
Henry Staelens, CEO at Forest Green Rovers, said: “We push the boundaries here at FGR, to showcase what can be done sustainability wise if people think differently – and that’s the same for our new partners, DFNS. They’re innovating with their planet-friendly solutions to trainer cleaning which I’m sure our fans will love.”
