Jamille Matt will miss the remainder of the 2020/21 season following surgery on a serious hand injury.

The Rovers forward was forced from the field of play within the opening minutes of FGR's Sky Bet League Two match with Bolton Wanderers at the innocent New Lawn.

Matt underwent successful surgery at Southmead Hospital on Saturday evening and he is currently recovering from home after being discharged on Sunday.
