Rovers produced a relentless display as we took all three points from Saturday's National League fixture with Yeovil Town winning 2-0.
Debutant Jili Buyabu and Kairo Mitchell got on the scoresheet as Rovers dominated large parts of the match but came up against a stubborn Yeovil defence.
Rovers threatened an early goal as Yahya Bamba struck just wide following a corner that caused a few problems in the Yeovil backline.
Jayden Clarke was next to go close, his low driven whistled past the upright following Isaac Moore's pass.
Captain Jordan Moore-Taylor had his effort smothered from close range as Rovers piled the pressure on the Glovers' goal.
Laurent Mendy also struck a left-footed effort over the crossbar after some neat footwork on the edge of the penalty area before halfway.

Substitutes Buyabu and Christian Doidge linked up a minute after coming into the game - the latter heading just over from a powerful cross.
Nick Haughton came close just minutes later, his low crisp effort coming back out off the upright and away to safety for the visitors.
Buyabu fizzed in another excellent cross, with Doidge glancing his header inches past the post.
Rovers broke the deadlock on 75 minutes, when debutant Buyabu crossed low into a dangerous area before getting a deflection off the Yeovil defender and past Jed Ward in goal.
Tom Knowles then hit the woodwork, another spectacular halfway line strike that came back out off the upright.
Yeovil defender Jake Wannall was given a second yellow card late on as he was adjudged to have handled the ball as Rovers looked to break.
Mitchell sealed the win in stoppage time, turning home a left-footed finish following a corner routine.
