Rovers go on the road for the first time in 2024 as we travel the Peninsula Stadium for our League Two clash with Salford City on Saturday.
Troy Deeney’s side will be looking to build on our hard-fought 1-1 draw with AFC Wimbledon on New Year’s day.
So here is everything Rovers fans need to know regarding team news, tickets and how to follow the action from home.
“We are moving forward and the main improvement for me is that we keep going right till the end,” Troy Deeney said.
“It’s a big game this weekend because there will be disgruntled people around there and we have to manage that.
“They’ve got Matt Smith up front, he’s a handful, he’s very good at what he does and we have to stand up to that challenge.
“We have to be ready to go to war.”
“It is a massive, massive game for us against Forest Green,” Interim Manager Simon Wiles said.
“We have to keep our approach with the players and get them into the best possible place where we can go and put a performance in.”
Callum Morton is unavailable for Saturday’s trip due to his loan deal making him ineligible to face his parent club.
Nathan Holland returned to the grass this week as he steps up his recovery from injury, while Jacob Maddox and Jordon Garrick both remain sidelined with injuries.
