Following on from Tuesday night’s vital 2-1 win in Cumbria, Rovers are back on the road as we travel to Crawley Town for another League Two away day.
Tuesday saw Rovers pick up their first league victory since we last met Crawley in October, beating them 2-1 at The New Lawn thanks to a Callum Morton brace.
Ahead of Saturday’s trip to West Sussex, here is everything Rovers fans need to know regarding team news, tickets and how to follow along.
“What I am hoping is that those three points on Tuesday will give our players that needed boost and confidence going forward,” Cotterill said.
“They [Crawley] look like a club who have a good spirit about them at the moment, so we’re well prepared for another difficult game.”
“We are going after a performance not a result. If we perform well then, a result will hopefully follow,” Crawley boss Scott Lindsey said.
“We have got some great strength in depth, and we will need it with a busy fixture list. We will have to freshen things up, starting at Forest Green.”
Experienced shot-stopper Luke Daniels remains sidelined with a knee injury sustained during last Saturday’s clash with Mansfield Town.
Jordan Moore-Taylor is showing signs of progression from an injury sustained against Colchester United, as is Alex Gorrin, who picked up an ankle injury a few weeks ago.
Jacob Maddox, Jordon Garrick, and Nathan Holland all remain out with hamstring injuries - although all are making progress in their recoveries.
