We take on Cheltenham Town at The Bolt New Lawn on Saturday in our last home game before Christmas.

Head Coach Ian Burchnall said: "They’ve been very good. What Wade Elliott has done in there has been excellent.

"To take over from a successful regime and keep continuity, he’s kept that level of continuity and what they want internally.

"They’re difficult to break down, a well-organised team. To sustain the position last season and maintain it this year is something we want to be able to do."

WHAT THEY SAID:

Cheltenham boss Wade Elliott said: "We'll go away to a Forest Green side that have accumulated the majority of their points at home.

"We went there recently and it was a really tight game, so we are going there fully aware of what's to come."

TEAM NEWS:

It's starting to look a lot more positive on the injury front for Rovers. Matty Stevens has had a full week of contact training, as has Udoka Godwin-Malife.

David Davis could feature in the squad this weekend. Corey O'Keeffe is suspended for this game, but Dom Bernard's ban is over. Reece Brown remains out.
