Midweek action returns to The New Lawn as Bradford City make the trip to Nailsworth this evening.
Rovers are three unbeaten in all competitions - and have only lost two of their last 10 games. They'll be looking to continue that momentum this evening against a Bantams outfit who recorded an impressive win on Saturday against Accrington Stanley.
“The challenge will be similar to Saturday," said Rovers Assistant Head Coach, Louis Carey. "Graham Alexander’s teams are always really well-organised, really physical. There will be lots of balls coming into the box, they like to play down the sides and they get their eights running deep.
“It’s up to us as a group to defend the box like we did on Saturday, with the same drive, desire and passion. It’s about what we do, while recognising and understanding what Bradford do well.”
“I feel the players have got the bit between their teeth’s, but we can’t have a second of stepping off it, thinking we’re out of the woods or achieved anything,” Graham Alexander said.
“Ahead of the next game, we need to continue to keep the energy levels high.
“We have to keep our foot to the floor and make sure we’re at full throttle on Tuesday.”
Rovers won't be getting any of their injured players back for this game, with Callum Morton the closest to a return out of the current batch of those sidelined.
In positive news, Reece Brown has been joined on the grass at Stanley Park by Matty Taylor, Matty Stevens and Marcel Lavinier - but these players are still a couple of weeks from a return.
Jordon Garrick pulled his hamstring in training last week and could miss around three months of action, joining Nathan Holland on the sidelines.
Ryan Inniss got 15 minutes under his belt on Saturday in the draw at Walsall and will be hoping for more gametime here.
