Rovers travel to 'The Coasters' to kick-off August Bank Holiday weekend
Forest Green Rovers are back on the road this Friday with the long trip north to take on AFC Fylde.
This will be just the second time FGR have visited Mill Farm, with the last visit coming in 2025.
Robbie Savage’s side will be hoping to put Saturday’s disappointing result behind them and maintain their perfect record on the road.

AFC Fylde are back in the Enterprise National League after one season away. The Coasters topped the National League North with 100 points last campaign.
The Lancashire side secured the title with a 4-2 win away to Merthyr Town on the final day.
Friday’s hosts so far have one win, one draw and one loss on their return to step one.
Nick Haughton will be returning to the North West for the first time since leaving Fylde in summer 2025 to join FGR.
Rovers’ number eight made 250 appearances for the Coasters between 2018 and 2025, during which he scored 99 times.
The Manager - Craig Mahon
Craig Mahon took charge at Mill Farm in summer 2025 following the club’s relegation from the National League.
The 37-year-old has won 33 of his 49 league matches in charge of the Coasters.
Mahon previously spent just short of two years at Curzon Ashton before moving to West Lancashire.
The Irish manager led Curzon to a seventh-place finish in National League North during his first season in charge.
One to Watch - Cedric Main
Cedric Main is a new signing at Mill Farm, with the striker joining this summer.
Main opened his account for the Lancashire side in their 2-1 win at Tamworth.
From Suriname, Main joined Fylde from Darlington, where he scored 20 goals in the National League North last campaign.
With the 29-year-old already off the mark for his new club, Main will be one to watch for Rovers on Friday.
