We can't wait to welcome you back to The innocent New Lawn for our League Two Play-Off Semi-Final second leg on Sunday.
It's important to us that every supporter has an enjoyable, but more importantly, safe, matchday experience.
In line with Government guidance on the admission of supporters to football stadia, this Code of Conduct acts to principally guide and advise ticket holders of the protocols that will be in place during the event:
Building upon the success of our test game and the supporter attended games last December at The innocent New Lawn, the club has put in place a range of processes to ensure the safety of all supporters at our matches, however it is vitally important that all attendees play their part in making each event safe and enjoyable and to do so we need your continued support and cooperation.
Supporters are therefore kindly reminded of the requirement to adhere to this Code of Conduct, and follow all safety requirements, to assist Club staff and stewards, and to help protect you and your fellow fans.
Only by our matches being deemed successful, will we be able to continue to slowly increase the numbers that can attend the stadium.
Supporters must not attend if they are suffering from COVID-19 symptoms, are feeling unwell, or if they have been in close contact recently with anyone experiencing symptoms or who has tested positive.
In the event you develop COVID-19 symptoms whilst at the Stadium, please notify the nearest member of Club staff immediately. We have measures in place to ensure that you receive the correct level of care whilst at the stadium.
All spectators will be temperature tested before entry to the stadium can be granted.
Under no circumstances should you come to the match if you have tested positive for Covid-19, have been contacted by NHS Track & Trace or if you or any of your household/support bubble are symptomatic or self-isolating
Plan your journey in advance and arrive at the stadium in plenty of time – some of the regular entry points will be closed and additional stadium entry procedures will be in operation.
Unfortunately, there are no public parking spaces currently available at the stadium. Limited parking is available for a fee at the school.
We would ask for these supporters parking in the local area park with courtesy and respect for our neighbours. Local Authority parking wardens regularly carry out patrols in the local area on home match days.
In order that the club can safely manage the arrival of its supporters and in order to help to control crowd flow at entry points, we will be asking fans to arrive at different times:
Arrive from: | |
Suites and Carol Embrey | 4.00pm |
Black and White Lounge | 4.30pm |
East Stand | 5.00pm |
West Stand | 5.15pm |
South Stand | 5.30pm |
North Stand | 5.45pm |
Supporters are advised that they will not be able to gain entry prior to these times.
Supporters are asked that upon arrival inside the stadium, they take their seat or viewing position in the stand.
You should remain in your seat for the duration of your visit if you are able to, and only leave it to visit the toilet.
All entrances will close at 6.45pm, with no entrance permitted after this time.
On arrival at the ground please be aware that social distancing and safety measures will be in operation and follow all signage, instructions and guidance issued by stewards and/or Club personnel.
At all times please observe social distancing and avoid close contact with others not in your social bubble. If you are part of a ‘bubble’ please ensure that you arrive at the ground together.
Spectators for the North, South and West Stands will enter through the normal turnstile entrance.
Spectators with East Stand access will enter using the turnstiles adjacent to the Green Man only.
Please avoid bringing any bags into the stadium if possible and if you must bring a bag, please ensure that it is no bigger than A4 sized, to avoid slowing down the stadium entry process.
Any larger bags won’t be permitted into the stadium and there are no left luggage facilities available – you will have to take it home or back to your vehicle.
To comply with the social distancing requirements all supporters must wear a face covering at all times whilst on the stadium footprint, including whilst the game is in progress, unless you are exempt.
If you forget to bring a face covering we can’t let you in!
Some people are less able to wear face coverings, and the reasons for this may not be visible to others.
Club staff are asked to challenge persons not wearing a face covering so please don’t be offended if you are asked why you aren’t wearing one.
You may only remove your face cover whilst you are eating or drinking.
Please remain in your seat/standing location for the full game if possible – including at half time and avoid unnecessary movement.
If you need to move, wait until gangways are clear, avoid face to face contact and follow any stewards’ instructions that may be given.
If you are seated, when moving past other spectators, to and from your seat, please avoid face-to-face contact with other spectators by turning away.
When taking your seat, please ensure that you only sit in the seat allocated to you with a green cross sticker on it.
The concourse and corridors in stands are to be used only as circulation routes, unless you are waiting to use the toilet - there should be no congregating in concourse or corridor areas.
Be aware that there will be no food and drink outlets available inside the stadium. You can bring food and drink with you, but please, no alcohol. Anyone found in possession of alcohol inside the stadium will be ejected from the ground.
Please refrain from touching the match ball if it is kicked out of play and into the stands. A member of Club staff will collect the ball to sanitise it and return it to the field of play.
At the final whistle, whatever the outcome of the match, supporters are asked to remain behind the barriers.
Players and staff will return to the pitch after a short while to conduct a lap of the pitch to thank you for your support during this difficult season.
Supporters are reminded that pitch incursion is a criminal offence that could lead to prosecution and a Football Banning Order being issued.
Please be patient when leaving the stadium and listen to the advice from stewards. It may take slightly longer than normal to leave the stadium due to the procedures in place to allow supporters to exit safely and efficiently.
Each row of the stand or terrace will be advised by stewards when they can leave in order to maintain social distancing.
Supporters are kindly asked not to approach any of the Club’s or visiting Club’s players or coaching staff at any time, as players and staff will not be able to sign autographs or pose for photographs.
We would expect all of our supporters to cooperate fully with all of the rules and guidelines that we have to work to, but just so that everyone is aware, the Club reserves the right to eject any supporter that fails to comply with this Code of Conduct and reminds all fans that stadium capacities may ultimately be negatively impacted as a result of any safety issues.
At all times please observe social distancing and avoid close contact with others not in your social bubble
