Every week on fgr.co.uk, we will be taking a look at how our loanees have got on during the weekend fixtures at their respective clubs.
Matty Stevens made his debut for Walsall in their goalless draw against Northampton Town. Stevens joined the Saddlers on deadline day and was thrown straight into the starting XI by Michael Flynn. The 24-year-old started alongside former Rovers team-mate, Jamille Matt, but the duo who scored 47 goals between them last season failed to find the back of the net.
Elsewhere in League Two, Armani Little played the full 90 minutes as AFC Wimbledon were defeated 1-0 by table-toppers Leyton Orient. It was Little's third consecutive appearance for The Dons, as the London side look to mount a play-off charge.
David Davis played 75 minutes as Solihull Moors were beaten at home by National League strugglers Gateshead. Davis impressed on his debut against Notts County last week, but the experienced midfielder is winless in his first two games in a Moors shirt.
Jacob Jones was handed his debut for King's Lynn Town on Saturday, with the Linnetts defeated 1-0 at Buxton. The defender moved on loan to the National League North outfit last week - and will be hoping to play a key role in their title charge. However, they were knocked off top spot by AFC Fylde on Saturday.
Back in League Two, Regan Hendry came off the bench to make his Tranmere Rovers debut at the weekend. The Super White Army were defeated 3-2 at high-flying Stockport County. Hendry will be hoping to make his first start for the Wirral-based side when Tranmere travel to Doncaster Rovers on Tuesday night.
Harvey Bunker also made a cameo from the bench in Scunthorpe United's 3-1 defeat against Barnet on Friday night. Bunker - who signed a new deal at FGR before making the loan switch to Glanford Park - replaced former Rovers midfielder Elliott Whitehouse in the midfield.
Meanwhile, Luke McGee was an unused sub in Derby County's 5-0 thrashing of Morecambe.
