After some excellent displays in the middle of midfield, Laurent Mendy has been voted the Quorn Player of the Month for August.

Mendy featured in all six matches last month - starting attacks from deep, and helping Rovers to four clean sheets, conceding just three goals during 540 minutes of football.

He joined from Macclesfield FC having spent four seasons with the Silkmen between 2021-2025, arriving in Nailsworth early in the summer window with the backing of manager Robbie Savage.
