We're delighted to welcome Katie Cross, founder of Pledgeball, for a Q&A in our Carol Embrey suite for our match vs Boston United on the 14th December.

Fellow BBC Green Sport Award winners, Pledgeball has been instrumental in engaging fans on the collective impact we can have through adopting more sustainable behaviours and letting others know that we also want to Protect Where We Play. As a strong tool for change, Pledgeball inspires, rewards and joins fans together, as they pledge toward a positive impact on the environment.

Through their extensive research, pledging platform, and fan engagement, Pledgeball has been working with football clubs and fans to drive sustainability in football. Whether it's turning off your appliances when they aren't being used, or opting for more sustainable travel, Pledgeball has helped football fans feel empowered to make a change.

As joint leaders in sustainable change, it's great to see Pledgeball become integral across Europe amongst different initiatives. From working with UEFA and Mastercard on the pilot project: Champions Innovate; to Pledgeball 'Derby Days' with clubs such as Bristol City and Birmingham City, they've been champions in engaging fans with sustainability.
