FGR season tickets remain lower than the League Two average and can be purchased either online HERE or by calling 0333 123 1889.

Throughout June, the ticket hotline and reception at The New Lawn will be operating on reduced closed season hours.

The ticket hotline (0333 123 1889) will be open between 10am and 2pm Monday – Friday.

Reception will not be open during this period, but supporters are able to call to arrange an appointment if they wish to view seats or talk to staff about hospitality packages in the Carol Embrey Suite or Black and White Lounge.

The window for season ticket holders to have their seat reserved has now passed and tickets are now on general sale.

With an FGR season ticket, supporters can be the difference as FGR look to build on last season’s superb campaign and, if you can’t make a game, you can lend your card to friends or family to attend instead.

Season tickets only allow you entry to League Two games, but holders will get a priority window for games in other competitions as well as tickets for away trips.

We are implementing several upgrades to the ticketing system and turnstiles, to improve the matchday experience for supporters and to help prevent ticket fraud.

Our turnstiles now provide a clear indication if a concession ticket is being used, and anybody using one should expect to be able to prove their age if asked.

To purchase a valid concession ticket, you need to qualify for the appropriate age as of August 31, 2019. For example, if you turn 21 on Friday, August 30, then you will not qualify for an U21 ticket and will need to purchase an adult ticket.

Remember, the club has also introduced new hospitality season tickets for the upcoming season, with full details available HERE.

Forest Green Rovers has also announced match ticket prices for its 2019/20 campaign, which will see the club remove advanced pricing.

There will be a £1 increase on some seated tickets for the upcoming campaign compared to 2018/19 matchday prices, while standing tickets, and seated tickets for Under 16s will remain the same as matchday prices last season.

To align with the club’s green ethos, there will also be an introduction of a £1 charge introduced to any tickets printed at the ground, encouraging people to buy e-tickets or print their tickets at home.

Under 11s will remain free in all areas of the ground but there will also be a £1 printing charge if bought on the day of the game.

Season ticket Q&A

What games are covered by the season ticket?

All home league fixtures are included as part of the season ticket. Season ticket holders also get a week-long priority booking window for additional seats for home games and for cup games.

Is membership available?

We haven’t launched membership for the 2019/20 season yet, this will be announced at a later date.

When will I receive my season ticket?

Fans will be able to collect their season tickets from The New Lawn at our home pre-season friendlies or at the first league game of the season.

How can I pay for my season ticket?

You can pay by card over the phone, in person at the ground or online. You can also pay using cash at The New Lawn. Forest Green cannot receive payment by cheque, postal order or any other form.

Why can’t I buy from Unicorn House?

Unicorn House is no longer set up to handle ticket enquiries for Forest Green Rovers. As a result, reception is now open on a Thursday between midday and 6pm.

Why is reception not open in June?

Throughout June, the ticket hotline and reception at The New Lawn will be operating on reduced closed season hours.

The ticket hotline (0333 123 1889) will be open between 10am and 2pm Monday – Friday.

Reception will not be open during this period, but supporters are able to call to arrange an appointment if they wish to view seats or talk to staff about hospitality packages in the Carol Embrey Suite or Black and White Lounge.

Can I purchase the same seat as last season?

Absolutely, your 2018/19 season ticket seat will be reserved for you until Friday, June 14, 2019.

I'm a new customer and can't login online, how do I get a season ticket?

Season tickets will be available online to new customers from Saturday, June 15.

Alternatively, you can call up the ticket office on 0333 123 1889 and secure your season ticket now.

Can I upgrade my ticket or change my seat?

Absolutely. Fans are able to upgrade from standing to seated tickets or from seated to premium for example. We recommend fans do this at point of purchase but this can be done before the start of the 2019/20 season by calling the club directly on 0333 123 1889 and paying the difference. Obviously, the choice of seat will be more limited the later fans leave this.

Can I spread the cost over the season?

At the moment, it’s not something we can offer.

What other benefits do I get with my season ticket?

Season ticket holders get a week-long priority booking window for all home cup games, including FA Cup, League Cup and Checkatrade Trophy.

Adults and Under 21s will receive £5 off all away travel for the season. This isn’t available to Under 16s, who already receive discounted travel.

I’m a season ticket holder this season but haven’t received team text and emails. How can you guarantee that I’ll get them next season?

We’ve had some issues this season with the system we use to issue texts and emails from the club. The best way to ensure that you receive all communication is to sign up, which our ticket office and team on the phones can do. Alternatively you can sign up here.

Can I cancel my season ticket?

The FGR ticket office does not generally offer refunds on season ticket purchases. However, if you wish to be considered for a refund prior to the start of the 2019/20 season you must send a request in writing to the FGR ticket office via post or email reception@fgr.co.uk and each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that season tickets cannot be cancelled after the 2019/20 season has commenced.

Is it possible to see the view from me seat before buying my season ticket?

Supporters are able to call to arrange an appointment if they wish to view seats or talk to staff about hospitality packages in the Carol Embrey Suite or Black and White Lounge.

What is the cut-off point for age categories?

Anyone looking to buy a season ticket within a certain age band must be within the limits of the category as of August 31, 2019.

Why do Under 11s have to pay for a season ticket?

We offer free tickets for Under 11s for every home game, but the only way you can secure a seat for the entire season to sit with a friend or relative is by buying an Under 11 season ticket for just £20.

Where is the family area?

We recommend families buy tickets in our Community Stand, which is a standing terrace. If you’d rather sit, then we have a designated area in the East Stand, between seats 24 and 51, which are clearly indicated on our online ticket map.

I’m a disabled ambulant supporter, what season tickets are available for me?

We have a range of seats available for home supporters, including a limited number of seats with level access at the front of the East Stand.

You can renew a disabled season ticket online, but anyone wishing to buy for the first time should call the club on 0333 123 1889.

Carers are able to receive complimentary season tickets or can receive complimentary tickets on a match-by-match basis.

You just need to provide supporting documentation to show one of the following:

- You’re on the medium to high rate Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care)

- You receive the Enhanced Rate Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

- You receive Severe Disablement Allowance

We can also accept a letter from your GP. Just call us on 0333 123 1889 or email reception@fgr.co.uk for more information.
