Fan favourite Dale Bennett will be returning to The New Lawn for our Vanarama National League clash vs York City on November 16th!

We're delighted to welcome Dale back to FGR as he joins us in our Carol Embrey Suite as a guest speaker! Join us for an exclusive Q&A session that's set to bring excitement and insight into his time at the club and life beyond football.

Bennett played an integral role in helping FGR get to the Football League for the first time in the club's history. He featured for Rovers at Wembley in both of our National League play-off finals - and he barely missed a minute of action during the 2016-17 promotion-winning campaign, which culminated in him lifting the National League play-off winners trophy.

Bennett made over 200 appearances during his five-and-a-half years at Rovers.

As owner and founder of Specialists 4 Sports, a sports agency that represents and recruits top talent, Dale has been able to show his ability off the pitch, after a successful football career spanning over a decade.

The former full back was a big personality throughout his time at Rovers, with Club Chairman Dale Vince highlighting Bennett's 'real passion' and 'total commitment' during his time here at the club.
