Forest Green Rovers Community are pleased to announce they are working with 3v3UK to run a Girls Talent ID event in Gloucester during April.

Are you a girl born between 2006 and 2010, with a passion for football? Then this could be the event for you.

The Talent ID day will take a three vs three format, meaning more time on the ball, lots of one vs one attacking and defending, and helps to identify all of the characteristics that future England players must have.

The event is supported by the EFL Trust Female Talent Inclusion Programme, which helps to identify talented female participants from all parts of the community and aims to ensure social class, ethnicity and demographics are not a barrier to success.

This is a collaboration between the EFL Trust and The FA to create a pathway from local communities, regardless of background, into the FA Women’s England Talent Pathway.

Players will be put into teams on the day, these will be prearranged by the organisers - so participants will meet their teammates when they arrive. While there will be talent spotters there, no players will find out on the day if identified for the pathway - it is a chance for players primarily to have fun, express themselves and enjoy the experience!

The event will take place at Oxstalls Sports Park (GL2 9DW), Gloucester on Thursday, April 13 between 1pm and 4pm.
