It’s back-to-back away days for Forest Green Rovers next month when they take on Colchester United under the lights of the JobServe Community Stadium on Tuesday, March 12.

With both sides currently occupying the play-off places in League Two, it promises to be a crucial game in our quest for promotion.

We have full details on tickets and travel to make the most of your trip.

TICKETS

Tickets are now on sale from our ticket office telephone line on 0333 123 1889, or from our website HERE.

Telephone lines are open Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, or if you prefer to buy in person, we've also opened a new ticket office in Ecotricity’s Unicorn House office on Russell Street in Stroud, where you can buy tickets. The office is open Monday - Thursday between 8.30am and 5pm or Friday between 8.30am and 4pm.

Tickets can either be collected in advance from The New Lawn (on matchdays only) or from Colchester’s ticket office on match day.

Colchester have a progressive ticket pricing scheme that makes it cheaper to buy the earlier you book, with savings of up to £6 on an adult ticket.

Fans can also buy tickets on the day of the match but there will be an increase of up to £2 on tickets.

Forest Green Rovers fans have until Monday, March 11, at 10.00am to buy their tickets in advance.

Fans can jump on the club’s official transport for the game, with coach travel available to purchase through the Forest Green Rovers online shop HERE.

A round trip to Colchester takes around 6 hours 30 minutes dependent on the traffic.

There will be a rest-stop for this journey at South Mimms.

Travel will be on sale from our ticket office telephone line on 0333 123 1889, from our website www.fgr.co.uk or in person at The New Lawn (after home matches only) and will be on sale until Monday, March 11, at 10am.

Directions

From the south (Ipswich bound carriageway)To access the stadium from the south, turn off at Junction 28, turning right at the first roundabout. Go across the bridge and then go straight over the second roundabout, before turning right into United Way from the third roundabout. You are now at the stadium.

From the north (London bound carriageway)To access the stadium from the north, turn off at Junction 28, turning left at the first roundabout. Turn right into United Way from the second roundabout. You are now at the stadium.

The postcode of the stadium is CO4 5UP, with an alternative postcode to use being CO4 5JS, which is the nearby Rapid Electronics factory.Fans are also able to use the nearby Park & Ride car park, which is a 5-10 minute walk to the stadium across Boxted Road bridge.

Parking

Please note that there is only limited car parking at the stadium itself, with just under 700 spaces in the main stadium car park.

These are available on a match by match basis and can be pre-booked online at www.colutickets.com (including a Print At Home service) or via the Ticket Office by calling 01206 755161.

Parking in advance is £6 and, whilst some permits at this price may be available on the day, matchday parking is typically £7 per car.

Visiting supporters are able to pre-book a car parking permit, and early booking is advisable.

Fans are able to use the nearby Park & Ride car park, which is a 5-10 minute walk to the stadium across Boxted Road bridge.

Train

Visiting fans arriving by train to Colchester Station should note that our previous shuttle bus service is no longer running.Taxis serve the station and, if you leave the station and turn right under the railway bridge, the bus stop there serves the 2, 8 and 65 bus, all of which get you to within a ten minute walk of the stadium.
