Carol Embrey Suite – Conference Room Hire at Forest Green Rovers
The Carol Embrey Suite is a spacious and versatile conference venue located on the second floor of the stadium.
Ideal for conferences, meetings, training sessions, and corporate events, the suite can accommodate up to 140 delegates in cabaret-style seating or over 250 delegates in a theatre-style layout.
Featuring large windows on both sides of the room, delegates can enjoy stunning views across the organic pitch and the beautiful Cotswold countryside.
Accessibility and Parking
Our venue offers parking for up to 200 vehicles, including designated accessible parking bays for guests with mobility requirements.
There are also EV charging facilities on site.
A lift provides access to all floors, and accessible toilet facilities are available on both the ground and second floors.
Catering
As a fully vegan venue, we take pride in offering fresh, high-quality catering prepared by our onsite chef.
The day delegate rate includes lunch, tea, coffee, and homemade biscuits.
Menu options will be discussed and agreed with the client ahead of the event.
Additional refreshments, including fruit platters, cakes, and desserts, can be provided for an additional charge.
We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements and food allergies, provided these are communicated in advance.
Facilities
The Carol Embrey Suite measures approximately 25 metres by 12 metres and includes:
Seating for up to 200 delegates
A fully licensed bar
Large projector screen and projector
HDMI connectivity for presentations
On-floor toilet facilities
Dedicated food service area within the room
A microphone and audio system can also be arranged for an additional fee.
Flexible Event Space
In addition to the Carol Embrey Suite, the venue offers three further bar and hospitality areas that can be used as breakout spaces, networking areas, or for team activities.
We also have a selection of smaller meeting rooms available, all equipped with screens and HDMI connectivity.
