Forest Green Rovers’ Second Round replay with Carlisle United has been confirmed for Tuesday, December 10, with tickets going on sale tomorrow.

It’s the second time this season that Mark Cooper has had to take his side to Cumbria on a Tuesday night, the last game finishing 0-0.

The winner of the replay, which must be decided on the night, will face an away trip to Championship side Cardiff City in the Third Round.

Tickets will go on sale from from our website HERE from 10am on Wednesday, December 4, and then via our ticket office telephone line on Thursday, December 5, from 9am by calling 0333 123 1889.

Reception at The New Lawn is open on a Thursday between the hours of 9am and 3pm or the ticket office is open before or after each home match for those who prefer to buy in person.

Tickets can be purchased online until 10am on Monday, December 9, or from the Carlisle ticket office on the day of the game.

Disabled fans pay the concession rate or the relevant lower category and the carer ticket is free of charge.

Fans can jump on the club’s official transport for the game, with coach travel available to purchase through the Forest Green Rovers online shop HERE.

The round-trip to Carlisle takes around nine hours and the scheduled rest stop for the journey is Charnock Richard Services.

Travel will be on sale from our ticket office telephone line on 0333 123 1889 at the hours stated above.

You can also buy online HERE or in person at The New Lawn on Thursdays between 9am and 3pm or after home matches and will be on sale until Monday, December 9, at 1pm.

All passengers must give individual names and a contact telephone number (mobile preferred).

All passengers must join the coach at the designated pick-up points and no passenger can join the coach without previously booking via FGR.

Directions:  Leave the motorway at Junction 43 and take the first exit off the roundabout. The blue roof of the Pioneer Stand can be seen on the right hand side, almost as soon as you leave the roundabout. Keep going straight ahead along Warwick Road (A69). After passing through the third set of traffic lights the club shop (Blues Store) and Hughie McIlmoyle statue marks the main entrance to the ground.


Main Car Park (home and away supporters) - From the M6 turn right at the 3rd set of traffic lights and drive through the gates and behind the Pioneer Foods Stand to enter the car park. Supporters travelling from the West can enter the car park from St Aidan’s Road via Victoria Place. Due to the location of our car park, we advise fans to check the availability of car parking facilities when the weather is bad. Cars are charged £3 to use the car park. Please note – cars will only be allowed to exit the car park after the game once all supporters have cleared the area and any away coaches have left the stadium.

By Train

Brunton Park is 1.2 miles from Carlisle Railway Station. Head out of the train station, cross the road, and locate Nando's Restaurant on the crescent shaped road adjacent to the first set of traffic lights. Walk straight down Warwick Road for about 1 mile and you will reach Brunton Park on the left hand side. A taxi rank is located just outside the Railway Station.

By Bus

Take the number 76 bus from the city centre. Alight at the Lakeland Gate Inn. Head back a short distance from the direction you travelled on the bus and Brunton Park is on your right hand side.


In the away concourse, situated in the Pioneer Stand, they have a bar serving hot food and drinks with cold beverages available to visiting supporters until 15 minutes into the second half of the game.

They also have a local food stand on the West side of the stadium.
