After another sensational month our midfield maestro Charlie McCann has been voted Forest Green’s Quorn Star of the Month for April.

It’s back-to-back awards for McCann who was named March’s Quorn Star of the Month as voted for by Rovers fans.

McCann featured in all five of Rovers’ fixtures during April scoring twice against Oldham Athletic and Tamworth.

Following his performance against Oldham, the midfielder was included in the National League’s Team of the Week for an incredible seventh time this season.

McCann featured in 38 of Rovers’ 46 National League fixtures and recorded his best personal season in front goal netting 11 times whilst picking up eight assists in all competitions.

He joined the side in 2023 from Rangers and has since gone on to make 85 appearances and has contributed with 15 goals and 11 assists in all competitions.
