Olly Casey has won December's Quorn Star of the Month award - as voted for by FGR fans on Twitter.

The defender won the poll with 51.6% of the vote, with Dylan McGeouch (30.5%), Myles Peart-Harris (13.1%) and Kyle McAllister (4.8%) also nominated.

The Blackpool loanee started all five League One games in December, putting in particularly impressive performances in wins over Cambridge United and Cheltenham Town.

Casey has made 29 appearances for FGR in all competitions, scoring one goal.
