Harvey Bunker has won October’s Quorn Star of the Month award – as voted for by FGR fans on our Twitter page. Bunker won the award with 43% of the vote.

The 19-year-old made three league appearances during October, making the first league start for Rovers in the 1-0 defeat against Portsmouth. Bunker then scored in the following game away at Fleetwood Town, nodding home from a Corey O’Keeffe free kick.

The FGR Academy product has shown his versatility by playing in both defence and midfield – and he has continued his good form into November, putting in a stellar display in the win at South Shields.
