Supporters can now secure their season tickets for the 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two season.

Prices are FROZEN and with limited capacity onsite due to government guidelines, this is the best way to guarantee your place for the upcoming campaign.

We are greatly appreciative of the patience shown by our fanbase in these uncertain times, with staff returning from furlough to create clear plans, whilst at the same time managing the risks with COVID-19.

With this in mind, season ticket sales will be available from Thursday 27th August, at 9am, for both full and half season ticket holders, until Thursday 10th September closing at 6pm. After this, the remaining available season tickets will go on general sale. More detailed information will be released at the time.

Season tickets will be sold on a ‘first come, first served’ basis; and can only be bought via the ticket hotline and paid for by card over the phone (Visa/Mastercard). We are currently unable to offer any sales via the online shop or in person.

Our ticket hotline is 0333 123 1889 and is open 9am-3pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with late opening till 6pm on Thursdays. The window closes at 6pm on Thursday 10th September.

With limited availability for hospitality in our Carol Embrey suite & Black and White Lounge, now is a great time for 19/20 season ticket holders to secure a seat for every league game combined with our matchday hospitality and parking onsite. With upgrade prices from just £209 per adult or £104 for U16, please get in touch for more information.

In line with Government advice, and guidance from the EFL and Safety Advisory Group, the capacity at The New Lawn has been significantly reduced. The Candriam East Stand now has limited capacity so we’re requesting supporters to switch to the South or North stand, if they are able to do so.

Under current government guidance our games in September will be behind-closed-doors. Supporters may be allowed to return in October but this could change. We will provide a voucher to season ticket holders for any game that is played behind-closed-doors, this can be redeemed to watch the game live on our streaming channel free of charge. However, because under 16s must be accompanied by an adult to the stadium, they will not receive their own voucher.

Streaming passes will not be issued for any behind-closed-doors game that is also shown live on Sky Sports, due to broadcasting rules.

Due to the rules around social distancing we may not be able to take requests for specific seats or blocks in the Candriam East Stand.

Once we are able to offer specific seats, season ticket holders will have first refusal on their 19/20 seat, whether they have renewed for 2020/21 or not.

Any supporters who wish to sit next to each other must ensure their tickets are purchased by one person in one transaction (at the same time). Government guidelines currently specify up to six people from two households can sit next to each other.

Some supporters requiring wheelchair spaces will be switched to Blocks H&I and there will be no access via reception. We have reserved a section of seating in Blocks H&I for any supporters who are ambulant disabled or require no-step-access. This area has level access from Turnstile 3&4 and is close to all the facilities. These are expected to be popular and sell out.

We are having to make several changes for the 2020/21 season to ensure that everyone’s visit to The New Lawn is safe and secure. This will include measures like temperature checks on arrival, clear signage, strict zones and hand sanitiser stations. More information will be provided in due course.

FAQs

Can I book a specific seat/block/space? We will endeavour to offer your seat this season, or get you as close as possible, but we cannot guarantee this due to social distancing. Any supporters who require wheelchair spaces or need no-step access, will be allocated into the correct area.

I had a season ticket last season but requested the credit for 20/21; how does that work? When you contact the club, the season ticket renewal will be reduced in line with the credit due.

I wanted to buy a season ticket for the first time, when can I buy a season ticket? Season tickets are expected to go on general sale on Friday 11th of September, more information will be provided in due course.

If I am unable to watch a game due to COVID rules/change to behind-closed-doors, do I get a refund? If any game is played behind closed doors, season ticket holders (under-21, adults, 65+) will receive a voucher code that will allow them to watch a stream for free. For further information on compatible devices and how to register, visit… No refunds will be issued.

How do I get my actual season ticket? Do I keep my old one? For any season ticket holder who renews, the easiest option will be to upload this to their current card to save waste. We can also issue a new card if required.

Can I buy food and drink on the day? Which bars will be open? At present, we do not know which facilities will be open to supporters. More detailed information will be published in due course.

Last season I upgraded to a Carol Embrey/Black and White Lounge hospitality package but kept my original seat, is this still possible? Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, this will not be possible. Those supporters who are in hospitality areas will have to sit in the specific allocated seating for each hospitality area.

Who can access the first floor/Carol Embrey/B&W Lounge? Only supporters with 1st floor season tickets for hospitality packages will be able to access the 1st floor via Reception.

Can I park at the stadium? What are the charges for this season? There are no planned changes to parking for 2020/21; the stadium car park will be for those who are pre-booked only (Blue Badge holders, hospitality and officials). Parking at the school will be £5 (card only) and on a first come/first served basis. We do not currently expect to be operating the P&R for the foreseeable future.

I require a disabled parking space. I had a season long disabled space last season? Disabled parking will be managed the same as last season, with very limited availability and will be sold out for every game. If you paid for a season long space for 2019/20, which was £92, you will have priority until the end of the season ticket window (i.e. 10th Sept) to renew again for £92.

What is the club doing to manage risk and social distancing? Do I have to wear mask? Tests onsite? There will be a wide range of changes onsite to reduce risk and ensure The New Lawn is safe for supporters; temperature checks, signage, hand sanitiser stations and more information will be provided in due course.

Will I be able to buy matchday tickets on the day? We hope to be able to offer supporters the chance to buy individual tickets on the day but at this time, it is not certain this will be possible. The best way to secure your seat/place will be buying a season ticket.

I had season long hospitality in the Carol Embrey/Black and White Lounge, what are the options? We will contact every supporter who had season long hospitality to discuss the options for 20/21, with those renewing having priority until the 6pm on 10th September.

I was an ambassador for 2019/20. Do I still get a season ticket? Ambassadors can buy a season ticket within the priority window. If you have any questions about the scheme, contact community@fgr.co.uk.

How can I stream matches? You can sign up/login HERE and find all of the information for compatible devices.

Can I still claim a refund or credit for part of my 19/20 season ticket? Supporters have until Friday 27th August at 3pm to request a refund or credit, by email (reception@fgr.co.uk). Any supporters who wish the money to be donated to the club, do not need to do anything or contact the club.
