April Fixtures  

April sees us take to The New Lawn for our remaining games of the 2025/2026 season. Let’s get behind the boys for the last push!  

Home Fixtures 

FGR v Brackley – Friday 3rd April - 3:00 pm kick off 

We start April hosting Brackley at The New Lawn on Good Friday. Rovers will certainly be hoping this is a ‘good’ Friday. 

This fixture is also a dedicated Kids go free game in partnership with Grundon, and will also be our family fun day on the school pitch!

FGR V Braintree – Saturday 11th April – 3:00 pm kick off 

Next at The New Lawn we host Braintree to The New Lawn. Our clash on August 25 saw the spoils shared. Get your tickets and get behind the boys here. 

This fixture is also our goalkeeper appreciation day celebration, with an exclusive mascot package! This special mascot package will include a pre-match meet-and-greet with our goalkeepers and goalkeeper coach.  

That’s not all! This amazing package will also include the opportunity to take part in a half-time penalty shootout on The New Lawn pitch. Click here for more information.  

FGR V Morecambe – Saturday 25th April – 12:30 pm kick off  

Our final home game of the league season sees us at home to Morecambe in a lunchtime kick-off. The Rovers took all three points in our September meeting and cruised to a 3-1 victory.

Away Fixtures 

Rovers have two long away days in April, be the 12th man and get behind the boys on the road!  

Truro City V FGR – Monday 6th April – 3:00 pm kick off 

Our penultimate away day sees us travel south on a long away day to the Truro City stadium on bank holiday Monday. Truro held Rovers to a draw at The New Lawn in December.

Our support coach will be departing the following locations at the following times: 

The New Lawn – 8:00 am 

Sainsbury's – 8:15 am 

Stonehouse – 8:30 am

Hartlepool V FGR – Saturday 18th April – 3:00 pm kick off 

Our final away game of the season sees us repeat last season’s final away day as we travel to Hartlepool.  

At the New Lawn in September, a first-half strike from Mitchell was enough for Rovers to keep all 3 points at home.
